Q: How many retreats have you hosted so far?
A: We are currently planning our 7th Men’s Cabin Retreat “Call Of The Wild” for Sunday Sept 24 – 27, 2023.
Q: How often do you have retreats?
A: We currently have one or two retreats per year but are considering trying three retreats next year.
Q: What areas do you have your Men’s Cabin Retreats at?
A: We had five retreats in Gatlinburg, TN and one retreat in Chattanooga, TN. We are open to other areas as long as we can find an affordable dwelling large enough to accommodate a large group of guys in an interesting area that has local attractions for some of the guys to do during the day.
Q: Are you planning any retreats in other areas?
A: We would love to plan retreats in Chattanooga, TN, Asheville, NC & somewhere around Nashville, TN if we can find an affordable dwelling large enough to accommodate a large group of guys.
Q: How many guys usually attend your retreats.
A: We try to book large cabins that can accommodate 60+ guys but usually have around 40 guys attend our retreats.
Q: How do I register to attend a retreat?
A: Use the Contact Us form to send us a message or register via our Eventbrite site. (Eventbrite will charge you taxes and other fees.)
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: You can pay via a credit card via Eventbrite. Or you can make arrangements to pay via VENMO, FB PAY, or ZELLE by contacting us.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes. Starting June 1st 2023, we will also offer first timers a $100.00 discount on private rooms and a $50.00 discount on bunks if they pay in full during the month of June 2023. Returning guest should contact us for special pricing.
Q: Are your events clothing optional?
A: We usually have a clothing optional area when our cabin is large enough. This is usually the bottom floor where the indoor pool and hot tubs would be located. We ask that everyone have at least a pair of shorts on while on the main floor.
Q: Are your retreats just SEX events?
A: No. However, what consenting adults do behind closed doors is their business.
Q: What kind of Covid precautions do you take?
A: We will provide face mask & hand sanitizer upon request.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: The cabin being used for this event is a no pets allowed cabin. However, they do allow service dogs.
Q: What do we bring with us to the cabin?
A: Most cabins come with all the basics like sheets, bath towels, toiletries etc. However, they do ask that we bring our own pool towels and what you want to make yourself comfortable. Feel free to bring things like your bed sheets, towels, warm bed clothing (if you easily get cold) etc. More info will be sent out to registered attendees in our confirmation email.
Q: Are your events just for gay guys or can straight guys attend as well?
A: Straight guys can attend however he should be completely comfortable around a group of gay guys in a clothing optional setting.
